- Rise with us and be the “face of the hotel” - engaging and inspiring guests through each guest interaction from arrival to departure
- Securely park guest cars, deliver bags and amenities in accordance with the hotel policies
- Lead your bell team in general operational tasks whilst assisting other front office associates
- Be an empowering supervisor by providing motivation and support to the team
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain all features & hotel offerings
- Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, reinforcing our commitment to wellness inside our walls and beyond
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
- Plan and execute team building activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing
- Ensure all guest’s wellbeing requirements and requests are anticipated and completed in a timely manner
- Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the department
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures
- A current driver’s license
- Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
- Working rights in Australia
