The Role
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.
We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Bell Services Team.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:
- Being the first point of contact for our guests, greeting on arrival and departure
- Deliver, collect and store luggage
- Explain room amenities
- Valet park guest vehicles
You'll bring the following:
- A positive attitude and genuine care for guest experience
- An ability to multitask and work under pressure
To be successful, you'll:
- Hold a Manual 'C' Class or Automatic Australian Drivers Licence
- Be available to work across a 24/7 roster
- Have the ability to maintain a very high level of confidentiality
