AddressAlinea Inc. is a Western Australian not for profit organisation dedicated to supporting people living with disabilities in the local community. Alinea Inc. is seeking reliable person on a 9-month contract to assist our Disability Home Care Services program.
Reporting to the Client Services Manager and the Client Services Officer, you will support the Client Services Officer with a range of administrative support, coordination of in-home services and support workers scheduling. The Client Services Officer role is the key point of contact for prospective and current clients. In addition, you will help organise special events at schools and attend expos to network and provide information to potential clients. It's a multifaceted opportunity in which no two days are the same.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Main point of contact for all Home Care Disability clients and support workers.
- Coordination/scheduling of Support Workers
- Arrange and participate in promotional events
- Reporting and claiming via the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Maintaining the online rostering system
- Be a part of the after-hours on call team
- Administrative support for the Services team
- Undertake continuous improvement and quality assurance activities in line with funding agreements and quality systems.
Essential
- Experienced in Scheduling, Nightingale Companion software knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience in Disability Sector with previous exposure to the NDIS
- Strong ability to coordinate support teams and individual care programs
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills
- Intermediate IT skills such as Excel, Word online roster systems
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- An Australian permanent residence or citizenship or a relevant visa allows you to work and live in Australia with no restrictions.
- A current C class Australian driver's license.

- Certificate IV or higher in Community Services, Disability or relevant fields.
