Job description

Panthers Penrith are seeking passionate and dedicated customer service professionals to join their friendly Panthers team.

We have an amazing opportunity available for an energetic and reliable individual to join our beverage team on a Casual basis. You will be an exceptional team player with a welcoming smile and ensure excellent customer service is given to our members and guests at all times. You will also be given the opportunity to build upon your cocktail making skills. You will strive to make sure our customers are our number one priority with your customer first attitude and ensure you provide consistent and exceptional beverage service, all whilst helping create a fun environment for our members and guests.

Enjoying various tasks, your main duties will include, however are not limited to:

  • Providing excellent customer service to our members and guests;
  • Food and beverage service;
  • Ensuring effective replenishment of products;
  • Cash handling duties;
  • Consistent high quality cocktail service would be advantageous;
  • Food and beverage service;
  • Basic food preparation if required in Grub and;
  • Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection.

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following:

  • 1 years experience in a customer service position in the hospitality industry preferred;
  • Cocktail making knowledge and experience is highly regarded;
  • A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment;
  • RSA & RCG certificates;
  • Possess strong attention to detail and;
  • Have a high standard of personal grooming.

You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available 24/7 to work as required including nights, weekends and public holidays.
