Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting therapists, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
- Assist therapists in delivering high-quality care to patients.
- Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain efficient clinic operations.
- Communicate effectively with patients to convert leads and promote our services.
- Multitask efficiently to handle various administrative and clinical tasks simultaneously.
- Hold clients accountable for following prescribed treatment plans.
- Support therapists with administrative tasks and patient management.
- Manage social media platforms and assist with marketing initiatives to attract new patients.
- Provide technical support in treatment rooms as needed.
Requirements - Essential
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare administration preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Accountability and reliability in fulfilling job duties.
