Bid Coordinator / Proposal Specialist

Confluence Water Ventia, Downer and Jacobs joint venture, is one of three consortia delivering services under Sydney Water's Partnering for Success program. Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water's North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

We have an opportunity for a Bid Coordinator / Proposal Specialistto join the Confluence Water Joint Venture team in a permanent, full-time position located in Chatswood. You will coordinate the process from RFQ to contract award and will be part of a small and close-knit team in the Construction / Engineering Industry, partnering with Sydney Water. Many of the projects are critical infrastructure projects in the Essential Services space supporting over 2.2 million customers. ABOUT YOU

• Coordinate reviews of bid/tender documents to ensure quality, risk and compliance standards are met
• Write, produce and coordinate bid and tender development processes
• Provide comprehensive research and analysis on client requirements for bid preparation
• Manage internal stakeholders of requirements and deadlines during tender process
• Demonstrated experience in bid and tender management
• Strong organisational skills along with high attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience in delivering successful and profitable tenders
