An exciting opportunity for a talented Bid Coordinator to join our National Bids team as we embark on a transformational journey to improve and enhance how we approach and deliver proposal support and pursuits in Australia.
What are my accountabilities?
Reporting to our National Bids Leader, this role is newly created to help support the company across all services lines in the winning of new business. You will engage with and support teams from across all business units on specific bids, end-to-end from Go/No-go decisions, the Kickoff, sourcing material for the response, writing and compilation, through to submission.
You will project manage the process, ensuring deadlines for content are met, setting up and attending review meetings and escalating if/when required. You will compile and assemble content into the final bid submission, editing and proofing as needed.
About you:
- Previous project management, or Bid Coordinator experience
- Must possess excellent written English, editing and proof-reading skills
- Excellent multitasking skills are essential as are effective time management skills and a keen eye for detail
- You thrive in a busy environment are motivated and possess can-do attitude
- Experienced with MS Office suite, and online collaboration tools. (Knowledge of InDesign would be great!)
