Bid Manager/Coordinator

This builder pride themselves on their team culture, quality workmanship and repeat clientele. They are now looking for a Bid Manager/Coordinator to join their dynamic estimating/pre-contracts team. This is a full-time permanent position where you would be involved in all the tendering process of new projects, this is a varied position which also include aspects of marketing, business development and event management.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar Bid/Tender/proposal/Submissions Coordinating role
• Also open to someone from a marketing or interior design background with a genuine interest in construction
• Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude
• Must be proficient in using Adobe InDesign
