About the opportunity
Due to our progressive expansion, we have an opportunity for a Perth-basedRecruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our company and assist in the success of our ongoing projects to ensure employees a smooth transition to site.
Your duties will include, but not limited to;
- Recruitment and mobilisation of various blue and white-collar roles across multiple projects and clients (FMG, Rio Tinto and BHP)
- Initiating mobilisation of employees across multiple client requirements.
- Work closely with site management teams to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employees.
- Ensuring all compliance is completed before mobilisation to site.
- Maintain a database of candidates and employees.
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a Recruitment, Mobilisation and or Site administration roles.
- Experience mobilising for FMG, Rio Tinto and/or BHP.
- Have an understanding of recruitment and mobilisation systems and workflow processes.
- Ability to adapt to rostering changes and ensure communication is maintained with site personnel.
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of Microsoft. Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving ability and the ability to work in a fun and dynamic Team culture.
