BID & SUBMISSIONS MANAGER

Their designs shape the fabric of the community, giving the population space to gather, exercise and play. Specialising in sporting, wellness and leisure environments, they are proud of the impact their projects have on the people that use them.

Setting themselves up for the rest of 2024 (and beyond), they are looking to bring on board a Bid & Submissions Manager to develop and coordinate marketing and competition collateral. Working closely with the Directors and coordinating among various project teams, this important position will develop comprehensive and competitive bid documents for client proposals, EOIs, and design competitions.

You will get involved in:

• Interpretation of Client brief, and development of cohesive and persuasive bid collateral
• Coordination of input from multiple design teams 
• Managing key deliverables and timelines 
• Development and update of standard brand collateral and templates to ensure consistency
• Creation of comprehensive presentations for client and tender meetings
• Updating copy across multiple platforms - print, social media, website, etc.
• Creation of internal and external communications collateral

This broad scoping role will cover multiple areas across marketing initiatives, as such, this role will require a multi-faceted marketing all-rounder with:

• 3-5 years experience in a similar position (architecture, design or construction industry preferred)
• Qualifications in communications, marketing, or similar
• Strong Adobe CS, Microsoft, and CRM skills
• Prior exposure to copywriting for the built environment
• Strong communications, organisation, and collaboration abilities
