Bid Writer

TSA is an Australian-owned business specializing in designing and delivering contact centre solutions for the world’s leading brands.

We are looking for a Bid Writer to join our team of 4,000+ people working across Australia and internationally!   

This is an exciting opportunity where you will work closely with our Strategy & Solutions Team, and senior leaders across the business, to create winning proposals and build a library of content to be used in future bid responses and internal and external communications.        

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with our Strategy & Solutions team to collaboratively design winning solutions, create high-quality proposals and partnering with our Marketing Team to create visually appealing and compelling content.  

This is a new role which will provide you with the flexibility to grow and shape your own future!

What will this role look like? 

• Coordinating completion of bid responses within project timelines
• Develop high-quality, visually appealing bid content
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive bid library with our best content
• Work with senior business stakeholders to gather and shape content creation
• Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to support content development for engagement of potential clients
