As a diverse company, we are dedicated to the delivery of many services oriented in the Security, Facilities, Traffic, Pest and Civil sector and we are now seeking to appoint a Full Time Bid/Tender Writer to assist us in in the development of tenders and proposals for further growth.
About the role:
The successful person will be responsible for preparing and developing tenders with the assistance of the team to ensure our proposals are of high quality. You will have the ability to work with a team of experts to Analyse a tender's requirements and help to develop a compelling, persuasive, and competitive proposals in response to potential client needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing robust responses to potential clients as well as the amalgamation of data to ensure our content reflects our organisations capabilities;
- Research and create compelling content for tenders and proposals;
- Work closely with each of our divisions to team to generate information needed to develop a successful proposal;
- Ensuring high quality content is presented at all times and meets client requirements;
- Act as a knowledge expert, keeping relevant information up to date;
- Editing and proof reading of submissions and proposals;
Our successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent writing skills including the ability to generate technical, persuasive and creative writing techniques as needed;
- Capability to think strategically and analytically to develop a tender proposal that has the competitive edge;
- Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of tender writing;
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Previous experience in a similar industry will be highly regarded;
- Strong communication skills and business partnering examples across multiple stakeholders and business units.
