Our client is seeking a confident, detail orientated and proactive person to join their team. This role requires strong accuracy and time management skills.About the Billing team
- Efficiently process, coordinate, and dispatch invoices to the team’s clients in adherence to service level arrangements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations in all billing activities.
- Collaborate with Resolutions, Recoveries & Disputes team to provide comprehensive responses to Client’s enquiries.
- Liaise with Lawyers and Paralegals to resolve discrepancies and any billing related concerns.
- Facilitate the accurate allocation of trust monies by coordinating the necessary paperwork and approvals.
- Maintain organised and up to date records.
- Generate reports as needed to track billing performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Positive attitude and takes proactive initiative.
- Confidence in liaising with Clients and internal stakeholders.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Effective organisational and time management skills.
- Reliable and consistent performer.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration highly desirable!
