The Billing & Collections Team Leader will take a supervisory role in the coordination of billing and collections administration and provide support and mentorship to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient workflow processes and KPIs are followed
- Manage internal and external stakeholder queries
- Demonstrate professional practice and ensure staff work according to policies
- Identify areas of improvement
- Contribute to leading a high-performing Billing and Collections department
- Provide the team with support and mentorship and conduct performance and development conversations
Requirements:
- Experience in leading a team
- Relevant debt collection / AR experience
- Experience in managing escalations
- Experience in reporting and managing KPIs
- Previous experience from the healthcare industry is desirable
