About the Role: 
 
This is the perfect role for someone looking to be part of a forward focused technologically savvy team, continuously looking to improve and stay at the forefront of how we use Technology Systems to delivery great outcomes for our clients and team. 
 
As many of our clients are some of the biggest future focused technology companies in the world, our approach to technology is leading. We have well-established BIM systems and working in highly technical areas with large international firms we must have first class BIM practices in place too. 
 
Beyond BIM 
 
This role will touch all digital aspects including; all Design Technology, licenses, training, troubleshooting, QA and lead the IT side of things too. Working with the support of our fantastic IT provider. 
 
This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a role beyond BIM. You can use your great BIM knowledge but also be able to extend your interest and knowledge in the greater technology space.  
 
You will look after both hardware and software and work hand in hand with our IT providers to ensure that our technology systems operate smoothly and support the Design Technology that we use. You will also manage all licensing and licensing budgets. You will work hand in hand with a BIM and Quality Coordinator (who now works remotely overseas) and they will work with you to fix families, model audit and checks, troubleshoot, setup models and coordinates, assist with training and FAQ’s etc. 
 
Continuous Development and Training 
 
We prioritise team engagement and have a Future Focused group dedicated to exploring technologies and emerging trends. In this role, you will lead and work with this group to look at advancing technologies, plugins, AI etc, assist in putting together businesses cases, and implementing them. 
Additionally, your responsibilities will also include providing ongoing fortnightly training and putting together training models around Revit and other technology.

About you: 
 
We are looking for someone with current knowledge of the latest BIM and digital processes, ideally from a technical background as an Architect, Technician, or Technical Interior Designer. You should have experience in a BIM-related role, either as a specialist or in a coordinating/leading position. Alongside your technical skills, being a people person who enjoys helping and training others is crucial. This role is central to our team culture, working closely with everyone, so the right fit and attitude are essential.
 
You enjoy the technical side, but love the technology and are interested in keeping on top of what is out there, what companies need, how to integrate the best solutions. 
We are looking for: 
 
Personal Attributes: 
  • Innately interested in technology, type of person who investigates it as their hobby and always self-learning
  • Passionate and engage in the ongoing development and innovation of Revit, BIM and all other development in Architectural Design Technology
  • Personable and approachable and enjoys helping people and working with them
  • Able to communicate technical issues at all level with technical and non-technical orientated people
  • Confident communication and presentation skills
  • Good at prioritising tasks and able to provide support at time and work on project at others ensuring both support and projects are achieved
Software skills: 
  • Advance level of Revit knowledge; 5+ years’ experience
  • Able to create and maintain complex Revit family
  • Thorough understanding of BIM and collaborative work processes
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding other relevant software, including but not limited to; Navisworks, Vray, Enscape, RTV Tools, BIM Link, InDesign, Deltek’ s PIM (would be an advantage)
