We are looking for motivated Trade Assistants to join our team based in our Sydney Metro City Stations, NSW site. This role will be required to support both management and the mobile maintenance team.
Your role as Trade Assistant
The Rail Infrastructure Trade Assistant (Electrical, Refrigeration, and HVAC) plays a crucial role in providing support to skilled tradespeople and technicians working in electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) maintenance and repair within rail infrastructure.
This position involves working on a rotating schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off, with 12-hour shifts, to provide continuous support to rail operations. Station locations are Chatswood through to Sydenham.

Your Experience
- Experience with Electrical, refrigeration and HVAC trades\
- Experience in the rail industry
- Relevant Construction Card (e.g., White Card),
- Desirable Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card,
- Driver’s License,
- Tickets and Licenses: EWP, First Aid,
- Capable of obtaining qualifications to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Demonstrated experience in key responsibilities and accountabilities of the role
