Job Description
As the Bistro & Functions Manager you will be fully responsible for the beating heart of the venue and ensure its ongoing success. You will be a natural leader who creates a great culture and can lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service whether to the strong regular trade or to new patrons.
Functions can exceed 600 guests so they are looking for a manager with high-volume events experience.
Candidate profile:
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Minimum 2 years in a large-scale, fast-paced venue
- Experience managing labour controls and general costs
- Venue including stock management and wastage
- Natural leadership style and an understanding of team culture
- Must be able to handle large teams with junior staff
- Exceptional time management and customer service skills
- A willingness to take the business and make it their own
- Large-scale function and events experience ideal
