The Park Hotel Werribee is an on-trend Eatery, Bar, Function & Entertainment Venue looking for an experienced enthusiastic individual to join our senior management team. We are seeking a Bistro Supervisor to join our fast-paced, exciting environment and become a unique part of the Western Suburbs - One that has become a community hub for people who love great beer, amazing food, awesome company and a great time.

Who are you?

Someone who has Bistro Management experience thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves delivering great service. You will also be able to maintain an incredible balance of getting things done AND delivering an epic experience to our customers. As a Bistro Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting your Front Of House Manager & Management team in operating a successful family owned business.

You must be:

• Dedicated and hard working, with the ability to work a rotating roster.
• Must be well organised and have great attention to detail.
• Looking for a long term and stable employer that can bring your skills to the next level.
   

You must have:

• A background in either Gastropub or high volume café
• Experience in calling the kitchen pass
• Barista experience  
• Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team 
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
• Have a desire for personal growth
• A passion for great dining experiences
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to implement procedure
• Excellent customer service skills
• A friendly and inviting personality
• Ability to work under pressure
• A passion for quality service and food
• Bar knowledge & cocktails skills would be an advantage
