Stan Bond is a manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of home improvement products (Blinds, Curtains, Awnings, Crimsafe Security Doors, Shutters & Window Film) and requires an employee or subcontractor to join our team to install our products in domestic and commercial applications. The position has become available due to continued growth. A successful applicant will join a team of 12 installers.
Stan Bond is South Australia's largest retailer & wholesaler of blinds, Awnings and security and is a dynamic and growing company which provides a great career opportunity for a suitable individual. Installers are provided with consistent work across our range of products throughout the year with especially high levels during the summer and pre-Christmas period.
We are looking for either -
- A salaried employee for an individual with building-related skills where Stan Bond provides the required vehicle and tools and a salary of around $70-80k (total package) per year (after training period)
- We also have an opportunity for a less experienced individual willing to join our company and work through a 3-year traineeship program to develop the skills and certifications needs to be a master installer. A full program is available including Van & Tools. PERFECT for young people looking for a hands-on trade.
General Installation hours are Monday - Friday / 7:30am - 4:30pm and some weekend work where workloads require (especially in summer).
A successful applicant will be provided with training in Stan Bond products and customer service processes and where necessary can be assisted in purchasing an appropriate vehicle & tools or setting up ABN.
