- crushing and screening projects
we are looking for someone reliable, confident, and willing to put the work in, this individual needs to understand how the industry works as well as bring something new into the company.
what we expect from this Resourcer is
- knowledge of screening potential candidates.
- organising interviews.
- conducting interviews with candidates.
- building a relationship with new and current employees.
- confidence when being on the phone to potential candidates
- communication skills.
you will be based in our office in Mount Waverly Monday to Friday however you will have the option to go out to different projects to build your relationship with our employees and candidates.
