The company I am working in conjunction with are at the forefront of designing, installing, managing, and maintaining state-of-the-art Building Management Systems (BMS). The projects span across data centres, healthcare facilities, and commercial buildings, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and optimal performance. As a BMS Project Manager, you'll be an integral part of the team, driving excellence in every project.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide multiple projects simultaneously (up to 4 at a time), providing leadership and mentorship to teams.
- Manage diverse projects primarily focused on data centres, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
- Lead teams effectively, demonstrating a thorough understanding of construction site dynamics.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, builders, customers, and contractors, managing work and timelines efficiently.
- Manage teams ranging from 5-7 members.
- Split of working from office and from site.
- Oversee and liaise with commissioning and engineering team managers.
- Conduct site walks and complete project forecasting three times a month.
- Understand and cater to the needs of various stakeholders you interact with.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong background in managing BMS projects for data centres, healthcare, and commercial buildings.
- Construction white card.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
- Deep understanding of construction site requirements and dynamics.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Tridium-based (Niagara) and Siemens BMS systems.
