About The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you'll be directed to ensure the delivery of projects at the highest standards to satisfy our customers' expectations. This involves timely and budget-conscious project completion, while fostering and nurturing strong customer relationships for sustained success.
Your forte in organisation and technical innovation will be key in enabling our dynamic team to excel.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Strategise, coordinate, and assemble project deliverables necessary for project initiation, development, and execution.
- Uphold high-quality work and compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Regularly update and assess project financial status.
- Provide leadership, ensuring projects meet performance benchmarks and specified requirements.
- Efficiently manage relationships with customers and contractors.
- Exhibit high levels of discipline, professionalism, ethical conduct, and accuracy in time-constrained project delivery.
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions for continual organisational enhancement.
The successful candidate will have:
- Trade Certificate in Electrical/Refrigeration and/or BMS/HVAC Experience.
- Proficiency in Building Automation Systems, encompassing overall design intent, controller product design, and alternative solutions.
- Proficient handling of project reviews including FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Ability to adapt and evolve through digital transformation.
- Standardisation of deliverables, encompassing software, points list, documentation, etc.
- Commitment to staying updated with job-related technical aspects and willingness to undergo periodic training where required.
