The Position
This role holds responsibility reporting to the Project Managers with complete an oversight on the assigned sights

• Planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC/BMS controls
• Customer/account management and stakeholder management
• Assist with quotes, proposals and pricing
• Consistently and proactively look for improvements and efficiencies
• On-going Troubleshooting and maintenance

Requirements

• Qualified Electrician
• Previous experience working in a similar role in BMS
• Planned and reactive BMS service background
• Understanding of overseeing commissioning & managing small works
• Experience working with Niagara (not essential and can be trained up)
• Self-motivated, ability to motivate others
• Strong communication skills and customer management experience
