We are currently seeking an experienced Adelaide-based consultant with NFP Sector Board or Board Support experience to provide Governance and Secretariat support to the CEO and Board of a successful and growing not for profit organisation.
The opportunity will be around 22 hours per week and tasks will include:
- Secretariat functions like agendas, minutes
- Compliance functions such as ACNC reporting
- Building Board capability through modernising practices and recruitment, coaching and support
- General Board and leadership support
- Attending Board meetings
THE IDEAL PEOPLE TO UNDERTAKE THESE PROJECTS
- NFP Sector governance experience
- NFP Sector Board/committee experience
- NFP Sector Board secretariat experience
- NFP Sector CEO or GM experience
- Able to work in the Adelaide office for 20-25 business hours of work per week (all work to be undertaken in Adelaide offices)
