Committed to providing exceptional care to the community, SWH offers a range of medical services including Mental Health support.About the Role:As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will support consumers with severe and persistent mental illness living within the local community. In a recovery-oriented model of care, consumers, their families, and carers are provided with clinical and non-clinical treatment as part of short and long-term case management. Service provision is recovery-oriented and trauma-informed, utilizing natural and existing community supports as required in the South West region.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychological assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based clinical interventions.
• Care coordination within a recovery-oriented model of care.
• Provide supervision and professional development per AHPRA requirements for registrar and intern psychologists.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated skills and broad experience in Mental Health clinical services.
• Ability to work within a team-based multidisciplinary model.
• Working knowledge of Recovery-Oriented practices, trauma-informed care, current Mental Health trends, legislation, and relevant policy directions.
• Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative and proven ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Good judgement, work planning, decision-making abilities, and organisational skills.
