AddressSARAH & SEBASTIAN is searching for an organised, charismatic professional Body Piercer to join our new retail team in our Perth CBD store, opening in July.
The successful candidate will work with our Store Manager to ensure a premium level of service for clients in our luxury piercing labs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ensure our piercing service delivers a premium experience for clients through training, development & quality standard procedures
- Drive & maximise piercing service performance in store
- Adhere to lab procedures & operations
- Lead from the front with a client-centric approach
- Provide concise feedback on jewellery when required
- Be an ambassador for our brand; identifying new opportunities to improve our client experience
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- 4+ years piercing industry experience
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- Valid Bloodborne Pathogens Control certificate.
- Thorough understanding of piercing types & piercing jewellery
- A strong interest & understanding of the piercing industry
- Ability to style and curate an ear with high end jewellery
- Availability to work ideally Thursday to Sunday.
- A warm & friendly disposition to ensure clients are comfortable & relaxed during their piercing experience
- An innate ability to multitask & strong organisational skills
- A natural communicator, passionate about piercing and jewellery.

In the pursuit of conceptual design merged with innovative craftsmanship, they established their eponymous label in 2012, & today work alongside a diverse team with multidisciplinary talents in our light-filled creative studio in Alexandria.
Our SARAH & SEBASTIAN stores are elegant spaces, designed by leading Australian architects to reflect the unique vision of our brand. We are a close-knit team who actively pursue creativity & innovation, rebelling against the conventions that define traditional jewellery.
We offer multiple Luxury Jewellery experiences within our intimate architecturally designed suites including SOLDERED, luxury piecing - EAR ALCHEMY styling, Engagement & Wedding Consultations, Gift Concierge Appointments, Clean & Repair. We have stores in 8 locations around Australia including Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane.
