Boiler Maker / Fabricator / Welder | Darwin Northern Territory

Paspaley Pearling Co are seeking an experienced and reliable Boiler Maker/Welder/Fabricator who can assist with several large and on–going projects in our Darwin workshop at Francis Bay.

To be successful a candidate will have excellent work ethic and be able to work within a team.

Duties include but not limited to:

• TIG /  MIG and stick welding and fabrication of Mild Steel, Aluminum and Stainless steel
• Manufacture and repair of pipe work
• Tank repairs
• Repairs to other ship fittings

The successful candidates must hold the following:

• Current driver’s license
• Construction white card
• Recent national police check or willingness to obtain
• Undertake a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
• Be confident in MIG / TIG welding with aluminum and stainless steel

Candidates that can start immediately and / or have marine experience will be highly regarded.
