The Business
FeCore Engineering are a South Australian structural steel fabrication company based in Croydon Park. We are a growing company with many projects on the go within SA and VIC.
The Role
We are looking for a boilermaker/welder to join our team. Your role will be based at our Croydon Park workshop reporting to the workshop manager. This role will require you to work efficiently and independently, taking responsibility for jobs and task completion.
Immediate Employment will initially be casual, with the opportunity of full-time work given after a provisional period. Your salary will be negotiated depending on your experience. The role is full-time hours, with overtime and weekend work available.
Rates for fulltime $35 - $40 per hour.
Skills and experience
- Boilermaker trade qualified
- Ticketed welder (desirable but not essential)
- Great communication/people skills
- Proactive, have a strong work ethic and able to add value in a team
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Be able to read engineering drawings
- Ability to maintain safe work practices and a safe work environment
- Hold a valid South Australian white card
- Hold a valid Australian driver’s license (Preferable)
