Responsibilities:

· Welding: At Westside you can enjoy the diversity of welded and fabricated products from stainless, aluminium and structural steel products.  Your ability to Mig and Tig weld with particular attention to detail will be highly regarded.

· Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous QC protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal benchmarks.

· Team Collaboration: Interface with technical sales team and installers for seamless project execution.

· Problem Identification & Resolution: Acutely identify and document deviations, implementing immediate corrective actions.

· Product Development: Be a major contributor to enhancements to our existing product range and development of new products for future commercialisation.

Qualifications:

Candidates ideally possess advanced skills in fabrication of fences, gates, and balustrading or other residential building products. Technical proficiency with specialised fabrication and welding equipment, high-level communication capabilities, and a rigorous approach to safety and quality are highly sort after but not essential.
