About the role
We are looking for Boilermakers to support the mobile equipment maintenance team to ensure maximum up time and product reliability to our fleet of heavy mobile equipment.
This role is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, 'hands on' individual who is looking to apply their technical knowledge by undertaking regular equipment inspections & repairs, working with the team of HME Inspectors, Condition Monitoring Technicians and Maintenance Engineers. Fly in, fly out rosters available from Perth, Busselton, Albany, Geraldton, Derby and Broome on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster -
Duties include;
- Complete regular inspections of Mand raising notifications through SAP
- Completing maintenance repairs & G.E.T replacement
- Advise Planners & Schedulers on forward log priority
- Investigate and make recommendations to improve fleet performance
- Offer technical support to AMES & MEM teams
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement to drive reliability best practice
- Driving and promoting a strong safety culture and zero harm approach
What you will bring
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Trade Qualification as a Boilermaker
- Extensive Komatsu, Hitachi, D65, SKSS & CAT experience
- A current C Class Driver's License
- Working at Heights
- EWP, Forklift, Dogging, VLC is highly Desirable
- Competent with SAP
- Post trade experience
