Boilermaker – Mt Thorley
Our General Worksop is looking for skilled Boilermakers! As a Boilermaker with WesTrac, you will work alongside our Rebuilds team to provide boiler manufacturing, repairs, and maintenance. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, executing plans and ensuring a safety-first approach to everything you do.
This is an excellent pathway to Field Service positions.
What we’re looking for
Our successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication (Australian Trade recognised)
- Extensive experience in OXY/Thermal processes: cutting, heating and thermal lancing
- Experience in mobile plant repairs will be highly regarded
- Strong commitment to meeting customer requirements
- Safety focused mindset
- Proficient in MIG & FCAW welding (multiple wire applications needed)
- Able to read, interpret and manufacture from engineering drawings
Roster & Remuneration
Monday – Friday (rotating days/nights)
- Roster Pattern: Monday to Friday - 2 weeks of days, followed by 2 weeks of nights.
- Annual earnings from $136,000+
