Join our Northern Territory division as part of our Boilermaker/Welder team, conducting maintenance work on an active wharf. Working on a 2:1 roster for the duration of the project.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as;
- Assemble and install new supports/structural members to existing infrastructure
- Inspect and identify areas in need of repair, or any malfunctions/damage
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding procedures and project schedules
- Carry out fabrication, maintenance and upgrades as required
- Completion of sign off documentation as required
- Prepare/complete Fabrications that comply with the clients specification and drawings
- Participate in Tool Box and Safety meetings
- Contribute to activities of continuous improvement
- Adhere to safe work practices
ABOUT YOU
- Trade qualification
- White card
- Drivers licence
- Experience in the construction oil & gas or mining industries
- Strong team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
