Our client in Henderson is seeking an experienced Boilermaker/Welder to join their team. The successful applicant will have experience in workshops and be willing to perform diverse duties as required.

The Role - Welder/Boilermaker
  
We are currently recruiting for Welders, Special Class Welders and TIG Welders & Boilermakers & Pipefitters!! daily responsibilities would include:

• Interpret engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Undertake and pass all necessary weld qualifications in required weld processes!
• Perform the welding of steel components in all positions!
• Perform welding techniques including, but not limited to, MMAW, FCAW, MIG, SAW
• Fit up and adequately tack weld steel components with correct dimensions, edge preparations, weld preparations, weld gaps and to tolerance indicated in engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards!

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

• AU Trade Certificate in Fabrication/Welding 
• Previous records of passed welder qualifications (preferred but not essential)
• Minimum 2 years with similar welding processes, specifications and standards
• Be able to pass a Medical & das
