What roles do we offer?
If you are an experienced and qualified Boner, Slicer or Slaughter person to a level 4 ANZCO standard, then we want to hear from you.
Experienced & Skilled Boner - trimming and cutting meat from bones, sides and carcasses. Cutting meat into standard primal cuts to customer specifications. People in these roles are highly skilled knife hands.
Experienced & Skilled Slicer - trimming and cutting primal meat cuts, removing internal fat/clots/bruises to prepare for package to customer specifications. People in these roles are highly skilled knife hands.
Experienced & Skilled Slaughter Person - humanely process livestock in an Abattoir - strictly adhering to food safety, hygiene and religious customer requirements. People in these roles are highly skilled knife hands.
People with the above experience could have earnings in the range of $63,000 per year plus superannuation depending on your skills (this is not counting overtime). This is well above award wages and under an approved Meat Industry Labour Agreement.
