About The Role
Thomas Foods International Bourke is looking for a new Boning Room supervisor to ensure all production in the Boning Room and load out run smoothly. This role is responsible for ensuring all 6-way and packing processes performed in the Boning Room department are in accordance with DAWE, Quality Manager System and WHS, while production targets are maintained. Supervise production employees and coordinate their task allocation in accordance with their knowledge and abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure training is delivered as required
- Ensure daily yield targets are met and report any variances
- Implement corrective action when necessary
Experience
- Boning Room Supervisory roles within Mutton, Lamb and Goat industry
- Ability to run and maintain operational requirements of a 6- way Boning Room department
Desirable
- Sheep AUS-Meat level 2 Specification
