- Expertly debone, trim, and portion meat products according to specifications
- Operate slicing and cutting equipment with precision and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper sanitation of equipment and work surfaces
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow and meet deadlines
- Uphold strict food safety and quality control standards
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed
- Work experience in a boning room or meat processing plant as a boner or Skilled Knife Hand/ trimmer/ slicer with experience on large cuts
- Physically fit and able to do manual tasks
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced food production environment
- Good communication skills to be understood in a multicultural workplace
- The ability to work in accordance with strict food safety, hygiene, quality and safety requirements
- Must have working rights in Australia
