THE ROLE
We are seeking a new boner, Skilled Knife Hand, or slicer to join us as a permeant team member and work on our boning table. Our bonning table is run by a small team of skilled workers who process domestic and imported pork
Normal hours start at 4am with early finishes 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
We offer attractive rates and conditions along with immediate start to the right person
THE PERSON
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Work experience in a boning room or meat processing plant as a boner or Skilled Knife Hand/ trimmer/ slicer with experience on large cuts
- Physically fit and able to do manual tasks
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced food production environment
- Good communication skills to be understood in a multicultural workplace
- The ability to work in accordance with strict food safety, hygiene, quality and safety requirements
