The Security Services at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Control Room Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity
- To assist in the provision of a high-quality Security services to staff, external agencies, patients and visitors of the Mackay Base Hospital.
- This position is responsible for day-to-day supervision of Security Services Team and the security Control Room, ensuring the expected performance outcomes of the teams are achieved and within budget as well as other quality improvement activities.
- This position will also be required to work with and provide support and advice to the Manager of Security Services.
About the Team
The MHHS Security Services comprises of a Security Officer Service, Occupational Violence Prevention Service, Care Support Officer Service and Access Administration Service. These facets of Security Services work supportively of each other, are committed to sustainable service delivery, adherence to the health service's core values and work in unison to achieve a common goal of protecting MHHS's people and assets. Security Services mission is to provide to all personnel, the necessary climate and mechanisms that will enable staff, patients and visitors at MHHS Facilities to go about their daily activities without fear or intimidation by preventing crime and disruption and protecting persons and property.
