Bookkeeper/Payroll/Admin all rounder
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable in-house bookkeeper/admin person to join our team on a part time basis.
As our bookkeeper/admin person, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll and bank reconciliation. You will also handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining our filing system.
To be considered for this position, you should have previous experience in bookkeeping and administrative tasks, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and Single Touch Payroll.

Your role:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Liaising with account holder
- Weekly payroll processing
- Maintenance of employees' records
- Cash flow analysis and planning
- GST and Bank reconciliation
- Maintain all company insurance
