This position is based in Narellan NSW, where you'll work across Unlock Health our services based company as well as Chiropractic Tables Australia our product and services company.
About the Role:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers? Join us as a part-time Bookkeeper / Office Admin, working across three entities. You'll have the flexibility to work 2-3 days a week, with the option to choose your own hours and work remotely for 1-2 days. Plus, you'll receive support from external Accountants to excel in your role. This role has the ability to expand into a full time position for the right diverse candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeper and Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices, expenses, and purchase orders promptly and accurately.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers and generate financial reports as needed.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage employee benefits and stay updated on payroll tax laws.
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable:
- Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with customers for payment.
- Process accounts payable and reconcile supplier statements.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence and data entry.
- Assist in stock ordering, system development, and preparing presentations.
- Record Keeping and Data Management:
- Maintain organised filing systems and ensure compliance with record retention policies.
- Safeguard confidential information and oversee data management.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Liaise with internal teams, external suppliers, and customers for effective communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues on cross-functional projects and act as a point of contact for financial inquiries.
- Liaise with external accountants for seamless collaboration and support.

- Have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
