As a key member of our team, you'll take charge of crucial responsibilities, including:
- Meticulously managing project accounts, ensuring precise allocation of income and expenses to respective projects.
- Crafting and overseeing budgets, meticulously comparing actuals to projections.
- Spearheading initial data entry tasks, including handling quotes, invoices, and bills.
- Streamlining payment processes by preparing payment batches and ABA files.
- Handling payroll duties and expertly lodging STP submissions.
- Conducting thorough bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
Our ideal candidate will boast the following qualifications and skills:
- Completion of a comprehensive Bookkeeping course.
- Proven experience in a hands-on bookkeeping role, preferably within a related industry.
- Proficiency in XERO and Excel, with a knack for navigating financial software effortlessly.
