SalaryJ Hill Books is looking for a part time super star experienced bookkeeper to join our team to work with clients across a variety of industries. Payroll experience is required. If you are a BAS agent or working towards that is beneficial to your application.
We service a large number of clients across a variety of industries.
We offer flexibility in work hours provided deadlines are met.
Work location is a hybrid of work from home, from our office in North Geelong & some on site work at a couple of Geelong based clients.
We utilise practice management software Karbon to work collaboratively.
The ideal candidate will have:
- comprehensive bookkeeping experience. Xero is our preferred accounting software but Quickbooks & MYOB are also used by some clients;
- a Certificate IV in Finance;
- experience in payroll;
- amazing attention to detail;
- a proven ability to problem-solve and work both autonomously & within a team;
- fabulous communication skills.
A skills test will be required to progress through the recruitment process.
The minimum weekly hours offered would be 20 hours per week with opportunity to grow these hours particularly around BAS deadlines & at end of financial year.
