Your new role

  • Build strong and collaborative, partnerships, culture, and community relationships.
  • Support and supervise the implementation of a high-quality educational program aligning to Kids First Early Years Education Program - Kindergarten Model (EYEP-KM).
  • Provide a model of excellence across Kids First Child & Family Centres, ensuring a quality early childhood program reflects the principles, practices and learning outcomes described in the VEYLDF and NQS.
  • Provide direct supervision, facilitate planning days, oversee staff training days and provide day-to-day support to Lead Teachers.
  • Manage operational compliance and staff rostering in accordance with funding guidelines.

About you

  • Diploma, Bachelor, or other relevant qualification in Early Childhood.
  • Excellent understanding of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011 and Education and Care National Law Act 2010 and VEYLDF.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams of educators, overseeing program development, continuous improvement and influencing change positively and harmoniously.
  • Proven skills and knowledge in computer and administration, including enrolment data base systems and the ability to multi-task, meet timelines and work under pressure, while meeting program deliverables.
