Lucidity is seeking a Bookkeepers/ Accounts Clerk who is keen to apply their strong administrative skills in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Lucidity Australia is a leading supplier of Automotive LED lighting products and Electrical wiring harnesses to the Automotive OEM and Aftermarket.
The position would suit a proactive individual who has a strong desire to contribute and participate in the exciting opportunities arising from within a company with continuing strong growth and expansion plans.
The ideal candidate for Bookkeepers/ Accounts Clerk will be humble and will have a passion for helping people, and will enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis. The candidate will work as part of our Finance Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will enjoy variety and responsibility, must be able to work autonomously and be a flexible team player together with the ability to maintain strong relationships with a range of key internal and external stakeholders.
Key duties included:
• Account payable/receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Issue invoices
• Data entry
• Documentation and maintenance
• Post journals and accruals
• Arrange regular stocktake
• General office administrative duties as required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
