DPH Excavation is small business looking for an experienced part time bookkeeper. The successful applicant will work remotely and have a minimum of two years’ experience working with Australian companies and have an understand of Australian tax laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Compile yearly company tax and liaise with the company Accountant.
- Payment scheduling: Schedule payments accurately and on time.
- ATO Reporting: Handle BAS statements and other ATO reporting requirements.
- Accessing Client Systems: Navigate and work within client systems effectively.
- Payroll: Complete payroll tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Payroll Inquiries: Address and resolve payroll inquiries.
- Superannuation: Handle superannuation reporting and payments.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills using Xero.
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions.
- Attention to detail.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
