Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a passionate & caring customer centric individual to join our Leadership Team at Revesby Pacific Hotel as our Bottle Shop / Retail Manager. You would lead the collective Retail Team to successfully operate the Bottle Shop in a role that combines both FOH & BOH duties.

Duties and Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Manager with the day-to-day business operations of the Bottle Shop. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Leading the Retail Team, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
