We are currently looking for a Bottle Shop Manager that knows the liquor business inside out and has the ambition to grow with a company that is expanding rapidly in the region. We are looking for someone with drive and the desire to achieve for themselves and their team.
The Bottle Shop Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the store and accountable for stock level control, purchasing, people management and providing exceptional customer service.
To be successful you will need:
- Proven experience in a Bottle Shop and or management of retail outlet
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated experience in the ability to train, coach and develop staff members capabilities.
- Well-presented and professional at all times.
- Physically fit and conscience of OH&S standards
- Extensive knowledge of liquor products.
- Stock control experience, H&L POS exposure and familiarity with banner groups.
- WA Approved Managers Licence
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A current Forklift Licence
