Bottleshop Supervisor

The Jacobs Well Tavern is looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team.

While retail experience is a must, liquor knowledge will be highly regarded. 

About the role:

·         Support the retail manager in ensuring smooth operation of the bottle shop

·         Day to day retail trade

·         Daily management of stock, processing orders and entering invoices

·         Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes

·         Stock-takes and stock movement

·         Bar work, pouring and mixing alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and beer

·         Cash handling

·         Provide exceptional customer service

 About you:

·         Be flexible with days and hours

·         Be presentable and hardworking

·         Have a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

·         Have experience in a similar role

·         Have some knowledge of liquor brands to enable you to provide excellent customer service through hand selling, although training will be provided

·         Be physically able to perform manual handling duties
