About the Role:
As the Bottle shop Supervisor - Raise Your Glass to Leadership! Are you passionate about the world of beverages and customer service? Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join our team as the Bottle shop Supervisor and be a key player in delivering top-notch service in a vibrant and friendly atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in selecting the perfect beverages. Share your knowledge and passion for different products to enhance the shopping experience
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure a well-stocked and diverse product range
Team Leadership: Lead a dynamic team of bottle shop staff. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
Sales and Promotions: Implement and promote sales initiatives and special promotions. Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing of featured products
Compliance: Ensure all legal requirements related to the sale of alcohol are strictly adhered to. Stay informed about industry regulations and implement necessary changes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bottle shop or retail leadership role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages and industry trends
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
