About the Role

• Customer Service Excellence:

Uphold impeccable standards of customer service, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers.

• Leadership and Team Development:

Provide outstanding leadership, motivating, coaching, and training the team.

Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve operational excellence.

• Operational Activities:

Assist in various operational activities, stock management and visual merchandising.

Work alongside the Store Manager to achieve store sales and wages targets.

• Performance Metrics:

Support the Store Manager in monitoring team KPI targets.

Effectively identify and address loss prevention issues.

Exceed personal Sales and KPI targets

• Policy and Procedure Adherence:

Drive the implementation and adherence of policies and procedures within the team.

About You

• Fashion Retail Management Experience:

Demonstrated experience in managing a fashion retail store.

• Results-Oriented:

Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.

• Operational Proficiency:

Skills in training and development, stock loss management, and visual merchandising.

• Retail Operations Understanding:

Familiarity with all in-store retail operations.

• Personality Traits:

Fun and outgoing personality.

Ability to maintain a polished look and etiquette
